Specificity: Detects mouse Kremen-1 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In Western blots, 100% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) Kremen-1 is observed. In direct ELISAs, approximately 10% cross-reactivity with rhKremen-1 is observed. In direct ELISAs and Western blots, no cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse Kremen-2 is observed
